l. The husband's motion for new trial is denied. 't

2. The husband's petition for modification of the final ~
judgment ent~red herein is granted in the following respects:~. ~

(a) Custody of the minor children is awarded to the
father subject to the reasonable visitati~n rights of the mother-
with the child~en and the children with the mother and subje~t
also to the restriction that the childrens' residence shall not !
be changed from the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit and that this ~
~
Order shall be effective upon the father's depositing One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) in cash in the First Federal Savings & Loan -
Association in an account requiring the signature of the husband's
i - .
attorney and the wife's attorney for withdrawal of the funds or
; providing that the funds shall be withdrawn upon order of the Court
~ and conditioned further that upon the funds being returned-to the
i
~ husband upon the youngest child obtaining the age of eighteen (18) yea~rs
or subse uent order of the Court which ~
q , ever occurs sooner.
(b) The husband is relieved from any obligation to pay
- cl~ild support to the wife. The husband's prayer that the wife be

required to pay child support is denied.
_ 3. The husband's prayer for possession of the home during ~
~
the minority of the children is denied. _
4. The Court radifies and re-affirms the p~evious judgment
~ ~
~ entered in this cause in the amount of Three Thousand Nine ~€undred
