TH~S CACSE came an for hearing on the 25th day of Octobez,
197? with counsel for ttie Plaintiff beinq persent and the
Defendant failing to appear, and the Court having ascertained ,
that Notice of this Hearing was proper3y served upon the -
Defendant on the 24th day of.September, 1977 by Sheriff's
Service, it is therefore
ADJUDGED, that the De€endar.t, EARL P. yEARICRS, is in
contempt of this Court for failure to c~mply with the
provisions of the~Order compelling the answering of Plaintiff's
-Interrogatories filed herein, dated the 28th day of December,
1976, and it is hereby .
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED-that as punish~ent for said cantempt
the Defendant is hereby sentenced to serve ten (10) days in
the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, co~mezciny
on the date he is taken into custody by the Sheriff of St,
Lucie Coi~*?ty, or any of the singular Sheriffs of the State
of Florida. ~ ~
