TBMPORARY RESTRAINING URDER '
This cause coming to be heard upon the verified Petition
and Affidavit of the Wife, and it appearing from tlie allegations
that the Husband is capable_of physical violence and has threatened
the Wife and that she fears he will carry out his threats, and
it further appearing to the Court that neither party will be
prejsdicied by the entry of a temporary restraining order without
notice, and the Court being advised in the premises,
IT IS, T~REFOR~, ORDERED as follows: ~ -
~ - 1. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

~ restrained from assaulting the other. _

~ - 2. All and singular the sheriffs of the State of Florida
i are hereby directed to enforce the provisions cf this Order without
~ further Order of the court and to remove the offending party from
the premise$ or presence of the other ir the event of a violation
of this Order . ~
