This cause came on for trial the 8th day of November, 1977 and
the Court having given full consideration to al~l the evidence, finds
and determine~: This Court Has 3urisdiction of the parti~s and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of.husband and w~.fe now exists
betwee~ the parties; and that the marriage bet~,ieen the parties is.irre-
trievably broken an3 should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as frollows:
1. DISSOLUTIQN OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOYCE EVELYN
BUTT and JFRRY I~E~ BUTT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the ~
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~i arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. The propertq settlement agreement admitted into

j evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
~ are ordered to comp~.y_wi.th the provisions thereof. ~
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. JOYCE EVELYN BUTT be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of JOYCE EVELYN CLARK and~to use

the same in all respects as if-said marriage had not intervened. ~
_ 4. RESTRAINIHG ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction~of this cause, and the parties _
hereto is retained f~r the entry of such further orders as may be
~ proper.
