DIS AGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the lst day of November, 1977.
The Husba~d personally appeared before the Court and was represented
by counsel. The Wife was represented by covnsel but did not appear.
The Court hesrd the testimonq of the Husband, a witness for the
Husband, the argument of cotmsel and an oral motion by the attorney
for the Wife for permission to withdraw as attorney for the Wife.
The Court having given fu~.l consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus~and and
~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the ma.rriage between

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. rt

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between HUBERT A. I~DLIN
- and WENDY M. MEDLIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, an~
the parties and.-each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
- of matrimonq heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. - ~
2. CUSTODY: custoay of RANDY LEE MEDLIN and BRANDY MICI~LLE
MEDLIN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to HUBERT
A. I~DLIN, with reasonable visi~ation rights reserved to {~JENDY M.
i~DLIN.
3. Ri.STRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties are hereby
enjoined and restrained from interferi~g with, harassing or
