finds and detensines: This•Court has jurisdiction of tbe parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists betWeen.the parties; and that the aarriaqe '
of over seven years betveen the parties is irretrievably broken ~
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. Dissolution: The marriaqe betveen ST'EVEN J. U~'1'ER,
Husband, and CYNTHIA S. DTTEIt, ilife, be and the safe is hereby
, dissolved, and the parti~s and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretc~fore eaisting between

~ 2. 1Karital Debts: The Husband pnrsnant to his aqreement
~ is required to pay the mar~_tal debts, includinq the paynents on
the Pinto automobile, the-~edical bills ta the doctors and the
hospitals (but not including the dental bill), the Sears bill
and the Mas~er Charge bill. - ~
- 3. Stipul~ti~n: The stipulation settinq out that ~he
property of the parties has been divided prior to the hearing is
incorporated herein and the parties are ordered to additionally
comply with the stipnlations vhereby the i~Tife returns to the
husband the jewelry items and th~e Husbaad returns ta t,t~ei~Tife
the personal itQ_ms of hers in Geneany together vith the iron,
said items to be returned at the Husband's eupease. ~
