1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the person and the propertq
of FREDERICK M. STERNER, In~ompetent.
2. The above nsmed ward is the owner of certain real propertq
and residence thereon located at 4~53 South Indian River Drivp,

Ft. Pierce, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 3 of ELKO SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 39. of the
Public Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence North-
westerlp along the East line of said Lot 3, a distance of 15
feet to _a point; thence turn and run _West paral? el with the
South line of said Lot 3 to a point on the West line of said
Lot 3, ~hich point is 15 feet Northwesterly of the Southwest
corner of said Lot 3; thence turn and run Sautheasterly along
the W~st 2ine of said Lot 3, a distance of 15 feet to the
South~est corner of said Lot 3; thence turn ariu run East along
_ the South Iine of said ~.ot 3 to the South east corner of said
Lot 3, being the point of beginning, and

3. The ward is presently living at a local nursing home and ~
is.incurring expenses in excess of his income. There is an urgen~ ~

need to sell the above described property so that sufficient funds . ~
can be obtained on a regular basis from the sale of the propertq ~

to support the ward in the nursing home.
, 4. Petitioner considers that it ~s necessary and expedient to
sell said property to provide said funds for the care ancl support
of the ward.
