R. Spooner and Alice C. Spooner, t~is_ wife, for the sum total of ~
T~aenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00). -
The Spooners, whoae Linancial responsibility has been in-
vestigated and found satisfactory, have offered to purchase the
propertp by paying Five Thousand Doilars ($5,000.00) down and :~-he
balance of a Nineteen Thou~and ($19,000.00) first purchase money -
mortgage to be carried by the guardianship at eight and three-
quurters percent.(t3 3/4~) interest.
- 6. The Petitioner has made inquiry from real estate appraisers
as to the worth of the property rind finds that- its vaZue is comtnen-
surate with the sale price submitted herewith for approval. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered authoriz-
ing Petitioner, as guardian, to sell the above described propertq
to WilliaQn R. Spooner and A13ce C. Spooner, his wife, upon t~e
terms and conditions set forth above.
UPON PENALTY OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the £ore-
going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief . ~
