I, MAUDE RODEN. a single adult, dom~.ciled and residing
in St. Lucie County, Florida, declare this inst~ument to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my ~ust debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of admini$tering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I have prepared a written,_signed statement
prior to the execution of this will, which dispo$es of certain of
my.tangible personal property. I intend that the written statement
as it may read at the time of my death, be a legally binding dis-
position of the ~angible personal property described in such written
statement. In the ~vent that my Personal Repr~~entative is unable
to locate such written, signed statement within thirty (30~ days
i after the probate of my will, it shaZl be conclusively presumed that -
such written, signed statement does not exist, irrespective of
whether such written, signed statement is later found.
- THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estat
I direct be given to mq three daughters, MARGARET R, McSWAIN, MILDRE
R. ELLIOTT and BETTY LANE HOCKETT, in.equal ~er stir ital shares.
If at the time of my death, any of my children predecease me! leaving

child or childzen surviving, said child or children sh211 take the
share of the deceased parent, as if the deceased parent would have -
survived me.
FOURTH: I appoint my daughter, BETTY LI~NE HQCKETT,
Personal Representative of this will and of my estate.
