the Estate of Frederick Christian Mayer, deceased, w2~ich estate t

has now beez closed and the assets distributed. A copy of the ~
Petition for Discharge and Plan of Distribution are attached
hereto, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated by reference herein.

i 3. Petitioner-published a Notice to Creditors as re-
quired by Florida law, and no claims have been filed herein.
4. The assets in the State of Florida belonging to
