The Petition of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County for 8ischarge as
personal representative af the Estats of FREDERICK CHRISTIAN MAYER,
deceaserl was heard this d~y, and it_appearing from the averments in
the petition that: .
l. The Estate of John R. Mayer (Dorothy See Mayer, Executrix),
Robert W. Mayer and Elizabeth M. Johnstone are the sole legatees under the
will of the decedent.
2. ";he Sun Bank of St. Lucie Countyj as personal representative of ~
the estate, has performed all acts necessary and proper in the 3dminis-
tration of the estate and is entitled to discharge upon making distri-
bution and filing satisfactary evideance of distribution.
3. The Sun Bank of St. Lucie County now has on hand the assets as
set out in the Plan of Distribution which was filed and a ccpy of which

j is attached hereto and incorporated by reference her~in. _

~ 4.- The_Heir~ having consented thereto, It therefore is
ADJUD~ED that the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County is authorized and
directed to distribute and to surrender, transfer and assign the assets
as set out on the Plan of Distribtation attached hereto, to the three
heirs as set out thereon and that upon the filing_of satisfactory evi-
dence that distribution has been made as directed, an order ^f final -
discharge be entered.
