This matter came on far hearinq before the under-
signed judicial referee on November 4, 1977 and thereupon
one Iva Jean Albritton appeared before the Court and after -
beinq duly swozn, authenticated certain hospital records _
of Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, which records were then
offered and received in evidence as Panel'a Exhibit 1;
thereupon, on consent of all intere~ted parties, the
hearinq was recessed and, the Court having given due con- -
sideration for a time for reconvening said hearing, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the final hearing in this
matter shall be reconvened before the mediation panel
appointed herein on January 6, 1978, at 9:00 a.m. at the St.
Lucie Gounty Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~
