Petition for Rehearing and Pe~ition to Enter the Home and

having heard the argument of Counsel, it is therefore,
. ORDEItED AND ADJUDGES AS FOLIAWS :
1. The ~life's Petition for Writ of Ne Exeat is

denied without prpjudice at this time.
2, The Husband's Petition to Enter the Home~is
herebq granted so long as the Hu~band removes all of his

~ 3. The Court finds the Husband to be in contempt
of Court, but such cotitempt is suspended upon the condition _
that the Husband remain away from Judge Philip G. Nourse'4-

office, or personnel, a commitment order will be issued

against the Husband without further hearing on the matter.
