WYRICR, Husband . ~ and • ~ MARY LOUISE WYRICK, Wife. . ~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF ~ DIS UTI F IAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 2nd daq of November,_1977, and the Court having given ~ull consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter-of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is , irretrievably broken and should be di~ssolved. It is thereupo:~ OItDERED AND ADJUDGED-as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between BILL E. WYRICK and MARY LOUISE WYRICK be and the same is herel~y dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from ~he bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of TAMARA SHANNON WYRICK, minor child of the parties, is herebq awarded to the wife, MARY LOUISE WYRICR, provided however, that the husband, BILL E. WYRICR, shall have the child for twc (2) months each sumoner, to be determined by the parties. In addition, the parties shall alternate the following holidays, beginning with the wife, and than alternating with the husband. Said holidays-are: Thanks- giving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter and the child's birthday, July 16th. Each of the parties shall 31so have reasonable visitation rights. , - ~ ~ , 3'.
