4. REAL ESTATE: That upon testimony before the Court that the
Tax assessor assessed Lots 13, 40 and 41 of Hillview Subdivision. as

recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 52, of the public records o
County, Florida, at $47,620.00 and that thfs property includes the
marital home of the parties as well as a comonercial lot facing U.S.
Highway No. land which the husband parks the trucks and equipment of
the Roto-Rooter business on, the Court finds that the parties are
tenants by the entirety and that there is no mortgage due.on the pro-
perty or other liens. Upon the stipulation of the parties and their
lawyers that the Court has the authority to divide said marital pro- -
pertq in such a way a~ it deems equitab~e. The Court makes the following

_ (a) The wife sha11 have lots 40 and 41 of Hillview Sub- -
division as recorded in P1at Book 9, Page. 52, of the public records
of St. Lucie ~ountp, Florida~ which award includes her ~ interest
and includes as luimp sum alimony the husband ~ interest into said
p~operty. The wife shall take said proverty sub3ect to~outstanding ~
taxes for the year 1977. The furniture removed from said marital home
when the parties separated shall belong to the wife as well as the `

furniture which now ~emains in said m~rital home, with the exception
of the husband's personal property: his T.V., bed and such linens,

pots and pans and silverware as he needs to set up an apartment-kitchen.
(b) Lot 13 of Hillview Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book
9, Page 52, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the
com~ercial lot for the husband's busin~ss equip~ent, shall belong to
