Notice is hereby given, under the provisiona of Cliapter 718.112 ~
(i), F'lorida Statutes~ 1977, and under the provisions of the Declaration ~

of Condominium of Holiday Out at St. Lucie as recorded in O.R. Book 168 ~
~age 1348, Public ~e~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and specif icaZly '
in Article VIIII of the By-La~rs entitled ~•Amendments to the By-Lavs„ ~
O.R. Aook 158, page 1379 and amended February 19, 1974, O.R. Book 224,
page 263 and February 21, 1976, O.R. Book 249,~ page 2393 that the
follo~ing amendment of the By-La~s of Holiday Qut at St. Lucie, a
Condominium ~ras duly and,regularly made and adopted, as provided in i
said Declaration and the Laws

~ ~'1. All lots, parcels, or units in the subdivision are
- hereby desigriated as recreational vehicle sites. ~
Excluded and not permitted within the Condominium are
th~ following ~classifications:
Tents, not mounted on wheels, and tent type trailers
mounted on ~rheels ~rith piumbing ~rhich cannot be con-
- nected to our se~rage system. ~Io stntcture designed ~
~s permanent living quarters may be constructed on any ~

site in the subdivision, it being the declared intent }
of the Association to exclude mobile homes an3 con- ~

ventional housing from use of sites in the subdivision. i
No f ree standing structure may be erected on any site in
the Condominium. No eamping facilities shall be placed
on a unit for more than five (5) days vithout the said ~
_ facility having been appro~ved by a duly authorized re-
- presentativP of the As~ociation as having met the re-
guiremerts of this Article as to condition and.type of
facility, and said facility shall thereafter be__insgected
and approved annually as to condition. Construction ans~
