Notice is hereby gfven, under ~he provisions ot Chapter 718.11a;
(3)~ Florida Statutes, 1977, and under the provi~ions of~the Dec].arat3on
of Condominium of Holiday Oufi at St. Lucie, a Condominiwn, as recorded
in O.R. Book 168, page 1398, Public Records of St. Lucie Countp,
Florida, and.specif icaily under Article VII 4f the Declarat~on of
Condomini.um, entitled NMethod of Amendment of Declaration" as
r~eorded in O.R. Book 168, page 1351 and ame~ded in O.R. Book 224,
pages 263 and 264, effective February 14, 19?~, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, that the folloving amendment of the Decla-
ration of Condominium wss duly and regularlv made and adopted, as
provided in said Ueclaration and the Lavi
Article XIII. USE ANB OCCUPANCY. Item 1, as recorded in the
Public F?ecords of St. Lucie County, O. R. Pook 168, - page 1355 and i

amended in O.R, Boo~ 264, page 1360 and 1360-A and in O.R.- Book ~
~ 64, page 2556 be deleted in its entirety anct substitute the
follo~ring amendment to read as folloWS:
ARTICLE XIII, USE AI~TD OCCLTPANCY, Item 1. - ~
•'1. All lots, pa.rcels, or units in the subdivision are
hereby designated as recreational vehicle sites.
Exciuded and not permitted Within the Condominium are
the- follo~ring classificatio~s: _
Tents, not mounted-on rheels, and tent type trailers ~
mounted on wheels ~rith plumbing Which cannot be con-
~ nected to our sewage system. No structure desigr.ed
as ~~ermanent living quarters may be constructed on any
site in the subdivision, it being the declared intent
of the Association ~o exclude mobile homes and con-
ventional housing from use of sites in the subdivision.
Na f ree standing structure may be erected on any site in
the Condominium. No camping facilities shall be placed
on a unit for more that f ive ( 5) days ~rithout. the said
~ facil.ity having been appraved by a duly authorized re-
presentative of the Association as having met the re-~
quiremP.nts of this Article as to condition and type of
facility, and said facility shal~ thereafter b~• inspected
and approved annually as to condition. Construction and
maintenance of Radio.and ~ antennas not attached to the
