THIS CAUSE having come an for hearing on the Father's Motion
for clarification and specificity of visitation times and the
Mother's :~Iotion to modif.y summer visi~ation, and the Court having
heard ~he argument of counsel, talcen testimony and being otherwise
~ully and well advised in the premises, the Court makes the
following findings of fact: ~
. 1. That there has been a substantial change in circumstances
since the last hearing;
- 2. ~That the incident alleged in the Mother's petition
(which petition is sealed and, therefare the allegations are not
' set fvrth herein) actually occurred;

' 3. The children show affection for the Mother and Father; i
~ ~
4. That it is in the best interest of the children for the ~
Father to have visitation ;ai.th the minor children and the visitation ~
should be clarified in their interest.
It is thereupon, .
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Mother shall retain primary
and_sole custody of the parties' children; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Mother and the Father shall
_ have alternating visitation privileges on the holidays which are
Thanksgiving,-~hristmas, New Years, Spring Vacation and the Fourth -
~ of July, and only on those holidays except as otherwise noted in
~his order. Said visitation shall be as follows:
- 1. Thanksgiving - Beginning at ~00 P.M. on the last day
