shall have one weekend visitation which sha21 ~omnence at 5:00 P,M.
. on Fridap unt11 6:00 P.M. on the following Sunday; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Father shall be permitted
by the Wife to talk to the children of the parties betwe~n 7:00 P.M.
and 7:30 P.M, on the first and third Sundays af each month at his
expense. Said telephone con~versations shall last for a term of
30 minutes or less at the Father's option. In the event the
telephone conversations upset the children, upon proper application

ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED that in the event a party, for any
reason whatever, fails to exercise his or her rights under this
Order,-sa~d right for that term shall be considered waived. There
shal~l be no cumulation of terms of visitation or other provision
of this Order; it is furth~r
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each ps_r.ty shall keep the other
currently advised of his o~ her address and telephone number plus
an alternate telephone number if one be available; it is further
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event of any emergency or _
reasonably serious in~ury, the party having knowledge of such shall
advise the other party as soon as is reasonahly prudent under the
circumstances; it is further
~ ORDERED AND AATUDGED that the Mother and Father shall
maintain and provide proper and adeq~ate supervision for the -
protection and well-being of the children-and maintain communication
as provided by this Order with the other parent. In the event
there is a breach of this provision in the future, this Court
retains jurisdiction to modify or ~erminate visitatioti or change
custody, as the case maq .be; it is further _
ORDERED r1ND ADJUDGED that the Father, DENNZS D7MINJVZCH,
shall pay to the Mother's attorney a reasonable fee o# $250.00
over a term of 10 months. The first paqment sha11 be dwe on
December 1, ~ I977, and a papment shall be dt~e' on the first day of
