DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the lOth day of November,
1977 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and deteraunes: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the tnarriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
- It is, therefore, ORDERED as fol_~a;as :
1. T'he_Default entere~ by the Clerk of this Court against
the Husband on November 8, 1977 is ratified and confirmed.
