DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lOth day of November,
1977 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
, the parties and the subject mat'.ar of this sui.t; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that- the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be _
dissolved.
~ It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows: ~
1. ~'he Default entered by the Clerk of this Court against
I the Wife on November 8, 1977 is ratified and confirmed.

` _ 2. The marriage between RICHAtcD A. GIGER and BONI~TIE L.

~ GIGER be and the same is herehy dissolved, and the parties and each
~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing~between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. The Segaration and Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
