Wh~REAS, the marriage between the parties was dissolved i

by Final Judgment entered on this Court on Aprfl 4, 1977, nunc ~

pro tunc to March 24, 1977; and ; ~

WHEREAS, said Final Judgment grovided that permanent ~
custody of the minor child of the_parties, namely, DENNIS SHANS
HOOD, should be with PATSY ANNE HOOD and provided that DENNIS
eHARLES HOOD hhould pay as support and maintenance for the minor
child of the parties the swa of $35.00 per week; and
~ WHEREAS, the partiea rereto feel that it ~r~ould be in
the best interes~s of said minor child for the fattier, DENNIS
CBARLES HOOD to ha~ze temporary custody of the minor child, subject
to the mother, PATSY ANNE SOOD, having reasonable rit~hts of visita-
~ tion to and with the child, and the parties acknowledge that the .

father, DENNIS CHARLES HOOO, would be a~it and proper person to !

have temporary_custody of the child. ~

NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. That DENNIS CAARLES HOOD shall have temporary custedy of
the mino= child of the parties hereto, DENNIS SHANE HOOD, for a
period of one year conanencing on the date of the execution of this
Agreement, sub~ect to the mother, PATSY ANNE HOOD, having reasonable
riqhts of visitation to and with the child. DENNIS CHARLES SOOD
agrees to keep the mother, PATSY ANNE HOOD, informed as to his
residence and the whereabouts of the child at all times durinq this
period. - _
