HOOD until such tims as PATSY ANNB NOOD requeats that the child be
returnad to her or as otherwise may be aqreed or detenainerl herein.
3. That durinq the period DENNIS CHARLI~S x00D shall have
temporary cuatody of the minor child of the partiea, he shall not be
required to make any suppcrt paymenta for the maintenance of the
minor child and the mother, PATSY ANN$ HOOD, hereby acknowle~iges
that as of the dnte cf this Agreement,. DSNNIS CHARL•ES HOOD is ~
current with such support payments.
_ 4. Both parties desire that this Aqreement be submitted

to the Court for ratification and approval without rec~uiring the
parties to appear in person before the Court, unless the Court
requirea otherwise.
5. As a fee for services rendered in preparinq this -
Agreement, McDONALD ~ RENNEY, Professional Association shall be
entitled to receive the sum of $25.00 which shall be added to
the outstandinq balance payable by DENNIS CHARLES HOOD pursuant
to that certain Order~entered by the Court on August 31, 1977,
and shall be paid in weekly installmenta of $S.OO directly to
the said_attorneys after the entire payment of the sum previously
ordered by the Court on Auqust 31, 1977. -
