THIS CAUSE CAIrII: on for trial on the lOth day of November, -
1977, and the Court having,givein full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines.:- This Court has ~urisdiction of
the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exist between the parties; and that the
~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and shouZd
be dissalved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage oetween SHIRLEY ~
-~I. .TORDAN and CURTIS L. JORDAN, be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
fram the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CICELY JaTAYNNE JORDAN, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to SAIRLEY W. JORDAN
faith reasonab2e visitation rights reserved to CURTIS L. JORDAN.
3. SUPPORT. Co~encing on •the ~day of November,

~977, CURTIS L. JORDAN shall paq to SHIRLEY W. JORDAN the sum of

$ each and every week, for the support and maintennance =
of the child named above. Each paqment shall be made to the '

C2erk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY W.
