This Note is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage), datecl the date ~
hereof, of property situated (n the St~ete of Ftorida, gran~~xi by !he Msker to
the Payee, to which reference is hereby made for s description of the
mortgaged propert~?, the nature and exte~t of the security, the rights of
the Payee in respect thereof and the terms and conditio~s upon wh~ch this
Note is issued.

The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by a~y agreement extending
the time or modifying the above terms of payment, made by the Payee and
the ow~er or owners of the property affected by the Mortgage, wheiher with
or without notice to the Maker, and ihe Maker shal! continue liable to pay
t#~e amount due hereunder, but with interest at a~rate no greater than the
Interest Rate, according to tite terms of any such agreement of extensfon or -
modification.
The unpald balance of ihe Princlpa! Amount, plus accrued interest ~
shall become due and payable at ihe optlo~ of the Payee under the happening ,
. of an event by which said bala~ce shall or may become due and payabie
under the terms of the Mortgage: ~
_ This Note may~ not be changed orally, but only by an agreeme~t in
writing, slgned by the part~ against whom e~forcement of any waiver, -
change, modification or discharge is'sought.
A11 parties to this Noie, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby walve presentment for payment, demand, protest,
noNce of protest, and notlce of dlstanor, and expressly agree jointly and
severally to remain ar~d continue bound for the payment of the principal and
inierest prov~ded for by the terms of ihis Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sion or extensions of the tlme of, or for the payment of said principal or
tnierest, or any change or changes in the amount or amounis agreed to be
~ pajd under or by virtue of the abfigation to pay provtded for in this Note,
or any change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution
of any real pro~oerty and collateral, or either, held as security for this
Note, and waive ail arid every kind of notice o~ such extension or extensions,
change or changes, and agree that the same may be made without the jninder
of ihe Maker. ~
