every provision of the forcgoing is essenfiial to the successful operation an~d manage-
ment of the Condominiua propexty and is in t~he best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein, l~~rchaser and a12 owners of parcels in the afomdescribecl
Conclomini~c~ covei?-u~t and agree to abide by each and every pi-ovision of said lle~clar-
