This cause came on for trial the lOth day of November, 1977 -
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon . ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDMOND CNARLES _
~ BESSETTE and PRISCILLA A. BES3ETTE be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them anci from the ob~i-
gations arising therefrom. .
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TERRY BESSETTE and LISA BESSETTE, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to EDMOND CHARLES BESSETTE
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to PRISCILLA A. BES~~iTE.
~~3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this causP, and the parties
-hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
