DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGL
This cause caa?e on for tria? the lOth day of November,
1977-and~the Court having given full cansideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: T'his Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now ~xisi~ between ~he parties; that the ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
a~$$oi~a .
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
l. The Default-entered against the Husband by the Clerk of ~

I~ this Court on November 8, 1977 is ratified and confirmed.
