I, WILBUR WRIGHT SINS, a resident of the County of Saint
, Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish, and declare this
to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all othe
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. -
~ - ~ FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative
to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, includ:ng the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after
my death. _
SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath the '
rest, res~due aad remainder of my property, real and-personal,
wherever situate and whe~her acquired before.or after the execution
of this Will, including any life insurance payable to my-estate,
to my sister, HOPE SINE MORRISON, of Woodstock, Virginia, per ~
stirpes. ~ -
'I TIiIRD:- I hereby nominate, constitute and
~ appoint my nephew, JOHN SINE, as Personal Representative of this,
I my I;AST WILL AND TESTAMENT, to serve without bond. I expressly
confer upon said Personal Representative full authority and power
to sell and convey any part or all of said estate at public or pri- 1
vate sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best and without
any or~er of Court. ~ authorize and empower said Personal Represen-
tative to make good and"sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and ~
to hold the proceeds of_any sale to the same use as hereinbefore
declared in the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby
expressly confer upon said Personal Representative the authority and 4
power to borrow money for the use of my estate in any instance where ~

~ he may think it necessary and proper, and to secure in mortgage, =
or any other form of security.
