THiS IND8N~IRS, executed this 22nd day of April,
1977, between ASLSN STATTBL, as persona~presentative of
the Bstate of John Stattel, deceased, Grantor, and HELEN
STATTBL, individually and as Trustee Under the Will of John
Stattel, deceased, Grantee, whose address is: 134Q Seaway
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. - o

The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and ,
the sum of $10.00, and other qood and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, qrants, barqains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
