That FLORIDA FARM BUREAU MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY has offered to settle all claims against itself, JIMMIB CLAYBOURN SMITS, SR., W. C. GRAVES, JR., and/or GRAVES & SONS GROVES, INC., anci/or INDIAN RIVER ASSOCIATI~T, INC., to the estate of JSFFREY ; LEO MILLI;R and the survivor of JEFFRBY LEO MILLER, by payment of the sum of Ten T'housand Dollars ($10,000:00) plus all funeral expe~ses, provided appropriate authorization and releases are obtained. 5. Pursuant to Florida Statute 766.20, Petitioner alone has a right of action for the death of JEFFREY LEO MILLER for the benefit of his estate and for the benefit of the above named - survivor. 6.
