read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of
my knowledge and lielief.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Court enter its
Order approving the proposed settlement of the claiuns set forth
above; authorizing her to execute an appropriate release
releasing and discharging JIMMIE CLAYBOURN SMITH, SR.,
W. C. GRAVES, JR., and/or GRAVES & SONS GROVES, INC., and,/or ~

INSURANCE COMPANY upon receipt of the aforementioned settlement
