In the event that the Court finds the Plaintiff is entitled to
possession of the claimed property pending a final ad3udication
of the claims of the parties, the Defendant may file with the
Court a Surety Bo~d to be approved by the Court in an amount
equal to the value of the claimed property. The filing of an
appropriate Surety Bond shall stay any Order authorizing the
delivery of the claimed property to the Plaintiff.
5. In the event that the above named Defendant
fails to appear, he shall be deemed to have Kaived right to a
hearing, and in such event the Court may order the Clerk of
the Court to issue a Writ of Replevi~. -
