I, KELSIS CHILDERS, of St. Luci~ County, Florida, do '
hereby make, publish and declare~this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore madF by me.

I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of my
just debts, includinq the expenses of my ].ast illness and fu-

My Ex~cutor is authorized and directed to pay out of my
residuary estate, all inheritance, legacy or estate taxes on my
estate, or on the devolution of any portion thereof, or levied
by reason of my death, whether or not the property; transfer or
proceeds with respect to which said taxes are levied, is a part
of my estate at the time of my death, and my Executor shall not
require any transferee or other person to reimburse my estate
