Florida, my roll-top desk;
F. To my granddauqhter, ANNA LOU ROB$RTS, of
Madison, indiana, my marble top washstand;
G: To my three daughters, PHYLLIS SMITB, HELSN
M~ADOR and JQAN C. HARRIS, my three diamond rings,
with each of them to take one of the rinqs. Should
they fail to reach agreement as to which ring each
daughter w~ould take within ninety days after my
death, then they should draw lots to determine the -
ring to be received by each of them;
H. To my granddaughter, ANNA LOU ROBERTS, and my
children, HELEN MEADOR, A. F. CHiLDBRS, JR., JOiAN
C. HARRIS, PHYLLIS SMITH and LE~I CHILDERS, in equal
shares, per capita, all of my remaining personal
effects, clothing, jewelry, household furnishings,
furniture, antiques and any other items of tangibZe
.personal p~operty mentioned previously in this Will
which were bequeathed to an individual who prede-
ceased me. Should they fail to reach agreement as
_ to what each party w~ould take within ninety days
after my deathr then they shall draw lots to deter-
mine which items they shall.each receive. I have
specifically omitted my son, THOMAS T. CHILDERS,
fram participatio~ in-the div'ision of my said f
- tanqible personal property. _

I qive, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, of whatsoever kind and description and
wheresoever situate, and whether now owned or hereafter acquired
by me, as followss
