If any of the above mantioned individuals-shall fail to
survive me and shall leave issue Iiving at my death, such issue ~

shall repreaent their parent and take the said parent's share,
per stirpes; otherwiae, the ahare.of au^h individual shall drop
out, thereby increasing the shares of the other above mentioned }
individuals then living, or their issue, as the case may be. ~
IV.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint my son, LEON
CHILDERS, of St. Petersburg, Florida, as Executor of this Will,
to~serve without bond. If my said son should die, resign, be _
disqualified, unwilling or unable to act as such, then I name,
nominate and appoint my son, A. F.-CHiLDERS, JR., as Executor,_
also without bond.
V.
My Executor shail have the.power at any time and from . ~
time to time, at public or private sale, for such price and
upon such terms and with such security for deferred.payment as
may seem best, to sel]., mortgage, pledge, exchange, assign,
transfer or otherwise dispose of any part or all of the assets . ~
of my estate, for any purpose consistent with the orderly -
adminiszratiom of my estate.
