6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate consist of real property in the approximate amount of
$22~500.00 and personal property of an unknown amount.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8._
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
February 5, 1965, subscribed by WILLIS R. HECHT and KATHLEEN k.
SHINN, as attesting witnesses, is in the possession of this Court.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that the Petitioner be appointed personal
representative of the Florida Estate of the decelent without the
requirement of bond.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
