I, GLEN H. IItISMAN, of Lincotn, I.ancaeter County,
Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last .
Will and Testament in the manner and form following:
I~ ~
After the payment of the lawful claims f iled and allowed
against my estate, my funeral expenses and the expenses of the
administration of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath, all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, wheresoever situated, to my wife, Grace Erisman, to be hers
absolutely and forever, -

In the event that my said wife, Grace Erisman, should
predeceasQ me, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath
all of said rest, residue and remainder of my estate, to my son,

' James Glen Erismant and should he also ha~re predeceased me, then

M I hereby nominate, const itute and appoint my wife, Grace
Erisman, as Executrix of this my. Last Will and Testac~ent, and I
direct that any bond which she may be required to give to qualify as
such Executrix be f ixed in such mini.mal amount as the court considers
absolutely essential, - .

I hereby revuke all other_Wills and testamentary dispositions
by me at any time heretofore made.
