LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -

I, JAMES A. DONALD, a resident of and domiciled in
St. Lucie County. F~rida, but a citizen ~f Canada, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testaa~ent, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills ~
and Codicils heretofore made by me. -
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my .
residuary estate, all of my just debts, including the ~
expenses of my last illness~and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath all of my clothing,
jewelry, books, pictures, articles of personal use,
automobiles, household goods, provisions, furniture,
furnishings and equipment (if I own any articles of said
description at my death; to my wife, HELBN I. DONALD,
provided she survives me, and if she does not survive me,
then said property shall go instead equally to my nieces,
f MARY ELLEN READY and JANE ANNE RHOADES, both presently
j residing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
CLAUSE III: If my wife, HELEN I. DONALD, survives ~

me, I give and bequeath outright to her an amount equal ;

to fifty (50$) _ percent of the value of my adjusted gross

estate as finally determined-for federal estate tax gurposes, s
. less the aggregate amount of marital deductions, if any,
allowed for such tax purposes-by reason of property or
interests in property passing or which have passed to my
