wife otherwise than by the terms of this Clause of my
Will.
My ~cecutor shall assigrs, convey and distribute to.
~ my said wife the cash, 3ecurities and other property,
in~luding rea2 estate and interests therein, which shall
constitute said bequest. The assets to be distributed in
satisfaction of said bequest shall be selected in such
manner that ~he cash and other property distributed will
have an agqregate fair market value fairly representative
ot the distributee's proportionate share of the appre-
ciation or depreciation in the value to the date, or dates,
of distxibution of all property then available for dis- -
tribution. Any property included in my estate at the time
of my death and assigned or conveyed in kind to satisfy
said bequest shall be valued for that purpose at the value
thereof as finally dete~nined for federal estate tax_pur-
poses, and any other property so assiqned and conveyed
shall be valued far that purpose at its cost. No asset
or praceeds of any asset shall be included-in said bequest
as to which a marital deduction.is not allowable if in-
cluded. Said bequest shall abate to the extent that it
cannot be.satisfied in the manner hereinabove provided.
CLAUSE IV: All of the rest, residue and remainder of
- my property, both real and personal, and wherever situated
of which I may die seized or possessed, or to which I may
he entitle~3 at the ti.me of my~ death, after the payment of
