all inheritance, leqacy or estate taxes on my estate which
I expressly direct be paid from this residuary estate, I
qive, devise and bequeath to my Trustee, hereinafter
named, IN TROST, nevertheless, for the fol~owinq uses and

to wit : ~ -
A. Dwcinq the lifetime of my wife, HELEN I.
DONALD, the Trustee is directed to pay to
or apply all of the net income of this trust
to or for the benefit of my said wife. In -
addition, the Corporate Trustee alone, in
its discretion, may pay or apply such amounts
of principal as the Corporate Trustee alone
considers appropriate for the maintenance,
care and health of my wife, HSLEN.I.-DONALD.
B. Upon the death of my wife, SELEN I. DONALD,
(or upon my death if my said wife does not .
survive me), the balance of this trust or my
probate estate, as the case may be, shall be
distributed outriqht as follows:
1. Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars
to ST. ANDRSWS COLLEGE, Oniversity of
Saskatchewan Cam~us, Saskatoon, Province
of Saskatchewan, Canada; _
~ 2. Two Thousand ($2,000.00} Dollars to -
I THE GOVERNING COUNCIL OF TAE SALVATION -
~ ARMY,-Canada West;
~ 3. One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to
the ROSETOWN BRANCH OF THE CANADIAN
LEGION, to be used for building improve-
ments or mainte~ance;
4: The balance of my trust estate, or my
probate estate, as the case may be (after
distribution of the Six Thousand ($6,000.00)
Dollars in bequests im~nediately above),
~ shall be distributed to my following neph-
ews and nieces, to wit:
One-twentieth (1/20) to DONALD
ALEXANDER MARSHALI., Toronto, Ontario,
Canada;
