proceedings upon all beneficiaries of such truet or
trusts.
CLAUS$ VI: In order to carry out the purposes of
the trust or trusts created under this ~lill, the TrustEe
shall have all of the powers, duties and responsibilities
qranted to Trustees under the Uniform Principa~ and
Inco~ Law, Chapter 690, Florida Statutes, and the
Uniform Trust Administration Law, Chapter 691, Florida
Statutes, as those statutes are presently constituted and
as they_may be amended from time to time.
_ My Executor and Trustee shall have the power at any ~
time, either by public offering or private negotiation,
and from ti.me to 'tirae, and for such price and on such
terms, and with such security for deferred payment as to
my Executor or Trustee may seem reasonable, to sell,_ ex- ~
change, assign, transfer, convey or other`vise dispose of
-
any part or all of any persona2 property or real estat~
belonging to my estate.
In addition, the Trustee is authorized to ~oin with -
my wife, or her personal representative, in filing income
- tax returns or any period prior to my death and to agree
with my spouse or her estate as to distribution of
- burdens, refunds or credits growing out of joint income
- tax returns or declarations filed by or on behalf of my
wife and my~elf or out of our estate or estates.
My Executor and Trustee shall also have the authority
