to allocate and distribute income to the various trusts
created under this Will durinq the probate of my estate,
accordinq to its best estimates.
CLAUSE VII: My Executor is authorized and directed
to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance, leqacy
or estate taxes on iay estate or on any portion thereof, or
levied by reason of my death (includinq those levied on
proceeds of policies of insurance on my life), whether or
not the property,~transfer~or proceeds with respect to
which said taxes are levied is a part of my estate at my
death, and my Executor shall not require any transferee
or other person to rei.mburse mg estate for said taxes so
. paid, nor deduct the same from the share of any benefi-
ciary hereunder. _
CLAUSE VIII: I name and appoint my wife, SEL$N I.
DONALD, and FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VERO BEACH, -
Vero Beach, Florida, as Executors of this y+Till and as
( Trustees of the trust created hereunder, to serve in both of

said capacities without bond.
In the event that ancillary administration of my _
estate be requir~d i~ Canada, then I name and appoint my
nieces, MARY ELLEN READY and JANE ANNE RHOADES, both of
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, to serve as such -
. Ancillary Executors, without bond.
CLAUSE IX: In the event that my wife, HELEN I. DONALD,
and I die under such circumstances that it cannot be
