This Note is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage), dateti the date
hareof, of property situated in the S~te of Florlda, granted by tha Maker to
the Payee, to which rQference is hereby made for a description of the
mortgaged property, the nature and extent of the security, the rights of
the Payes in respect thereof atx! th~ terma and conditions upon which this
Note ts issued. ~ -
The Maker agrees that it si~all be bound by any agreement extending
the time or modifying the above terms of payment, made by ihe Payee a~d
the owner or owners of ihe property affected by the Mortgage, whether with
or without notice to the Maker, arxi tt~ Maker shall continue liable to pay
the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a rate no greater than the
Interest Rate, according to the
terms of any such agreement of extensian or
modification.
7he unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest
shall become due and payable a# the o~tion of the Payee under the happening
of an event by which said balance shall or may become due and payable
under tha terms of the Mortgage.
This Note may not be changed orally, but only by en agreement in
writing, signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver,
change, modification or discharge is sought.
AII parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive preser~tme~t for payment, demand, protest,
notice of protest, and notice ~f dishonor, and expressly agree jointl~ and .
severally to remain and contl~ue bound for the payment of the prir~cipal and
interest provided for by ihe terms of this Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sion or extensions of the time of, or for the payment of said prlncipal or
interest, ar any change or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be
~ paid unde~ or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided for in this Note,
~ or any change or ci~anges by way of release or surre~der or substitution -
of any real property and coilaterai, or either, heid as security for this
' Note, anc! waive all and every kind of notice of such extension or extensions,
change or changes, and agree thdt the same may be made without ihe joinder
of the Maker.
