This Note ia secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage), tiated the date
hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida, grantect by the Maker to
the Payee, to which reference is hereby made for a description af the - -
mortgaged property, the nature and extent of the security, th~ rights of
the Payee in respect thereof and the terms snd conditions upon which this
Note is issued.
The Maker agrees that it shall be boeu~d by any ag~eement extendi~g
the time or modifying the above terms of payme~t, made by the Payee and
the owner or owners of the property affected by the Morigage, whether wlth
or without natice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liabie to pay .
the amount due her$under-, but with interest at a rate rw greater than the
i~terest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreeme~Yof extenslon or
modiflcation. .
The unpaid b~tance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued jnterest
shalt become due and payable at the-option of the Payee under ihe happening
of an event by which said balance sha11 or may becane due and payable -
under the terms of the Mortgage.
This Note may not be-changed orally, but only by an agreement in
writing, signed by the party against whom-enforrement of any waiver,
change, modification or discharge is sought, ~
Ali parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or e~darser, hereby waive presentment for payment, demaixi, protest,
notice of protest, ared notice of dishonor, and expressly agree jointiy and
severally to remain and continue bound for the payment of the principal and
interest provided for by ihe terms of this Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sion.or extensions of the time of, or for the payment of said princ~pal or
interest, or any change or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be
paid under or by viriue of the obiigation to pay provided for in this Note,
or any change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution
of any real property and collateral, or either, held as security for this
Note, and waive al! arx! every kind of notice of such extension or extensions,
change or changes, and agree that the same may be made without the joinder
of the Maker.
