TO SBTTLE Z~ORT CLAIM -
UPON CONSIDBRATION of the verified Petition of MADELINE MILL,
as Administratrix uf the 8state of DORIS JETER, deceased, for her suthority _
to settle tort claim, and it appearing to the Court that the compromise and
settlement of the claims against ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMi'ANY for the su~ of
$10:0U0.00 to be in the best interest of the Eetate, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that MADELINE HILL, as Administratrix of
the Estate of DORIS JETER, deceased,-is authorized to settle the claim against
ALLSTATE INSURANCE COI~ANY for the sum of $10,4~0.00 and she is further authorized
to pay her attorney's one-third thereof for their attorney's fees, plus whatever

out-of-pocket costs they have advanced; and in addition, she is authorized to execute
all.papers necessarq to complete the cowpromise or settlemeat and to accept the ~
