. ~ TSMPORARY ORDER
This cause was heard after notice upon Petitianer's
demand for temporary relief while thi~ cause is pending. The
court having heard the evidence presented in the arguments of
the attorneys for the parties and being fully advised in the _
premises, it is.
ORDERED AtiD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custodg of Minor. Sole custody of the minor child, ~
DAVID WADB HUNT, is awarded to Petitioner; provided, however,
that the Respondent shall have reasonable visitation rights
of the child in the evenings com~ner_cing at 7:00 p.m., said
visitation to take place at the Petitioner's mother's home
in St. Lucie County, Florida, u~on reasonable notice to the
Petitioner.
2. Child Support. Respondent is ordered to forthwith
pay the sum of $25.00 per week as temporary child support
beginning Novembex 7, 1977. Payments shall be cash, cashier's
- check or money order payable to Clerk of Circuit Court and
include the statutory clerk's fee of $2.00 with each payment.

3. Possession of Marital Residence. Petitioner, and
__the minor child, sha21 have sole possession of the marital
re~~dence at 4166 Lebanon Road, and the Respondent shall ~
