1HIS CAI~SE was duly presented by the_Assistant State Attorney and
the Respa~dent having been present in_Court and upo~n stigulatian of the parties,
-it is,
ORDF,RED AND ADJ[IDGF~ that the Respo~dent shall pay to the Petitioner ~
for the benefit of BRIAN BLANCK, born March Z9, 1973, minor ~hild, the s~ of~
~20.U0 per week, p2us an additional s2.00 for paym~ent of Cl~rk's fee for re-
ceiving and disbursing support payme~ts. These payments are to begin on the
4th day of Novanber, 1977, and thereafter~an Friday of each and every ~reek; _
that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's ct:eck or by postal mwiey
order to the C1erk of the Circuit Court of St. Iucie Co~ty, Flarida, and the
said Clerk sha11 transmit the said payments to: Child Suppart Enfoicement _
Section 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transaittal
to the State of New Jersey, as long as the case is certified as a Title FV-D
case. If the Cler-k receives notificatian by the Department of Health and Re-
habilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-~ case, he will thzn fo~rard
all support to: Chief Probation Officer, P. 0. Box 638, Woodbiuy, New J~rsey 08096.
That this Caurt shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose _
of enforcing this Order ar~d entering such further Orders as ~nay be deemed
equitable. . ~
