4. Venue of this proceedinq is in this county because
the decedent vas dwniciled in this couaty at the time of his -
death and owned real property located in this county.
- S. Petitioners, vhose addresses are listed herein,
are entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tives because they-v~ere jointly naminated by the will and have
been selected by a m:~jority in interest of the persons entitled
to the estate.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are listed on Schedule "A", attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein.
7. Petitioners are'unaware of any unrevoked will or .
vodicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The oriqinal of the decedent's last will, dated
September 23, 1977, is in the possession of the Court or accom-
panies this Petition.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that they ~he appointed personal repre-
sentatives of the estate of the decedent.
