the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Fage 6 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
~EAS, The Sva Bank of St. Lucie County is.the owner of a first
mortgage encumbering t~ above described real property bearing date of
the 22nd day of July A.D., 1977, recoicded in O. R. Book 272 at page 1326
and O. R. Book 274 at page 2519 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, securing a prnmissory note therein described; the same having
an original principal balance of $62,400.00, and
~EAS, Lester Niles Salisbury and Shirley Arlene Salisbuuy,, the
mortgagors reflected in said mortgage, have made a principal reduction
of said mortgage, and . ~

WE~REAS, the mortgagor and m~rtgagee hereto for mutual considerati~ns ~
wi$h to revise the terms of payment of said mortgage,
THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED that the unpaid principal balance of indebted-
ness upon the date of this Agreement is $ 39~~~6g , and that the un-
' ders~gned hereby pramises to pay said amount as follows: -

1. The principal balance of th8 mortgage, and promissory note se-
~ cured thereby,_plus accxued interest if any, shall be paid off in equal '

mortgage and note eacept as specificallp set forth herein.
3. That said martgage and note as so modif ied shall remain in full
~ force and effect and shall be enforceable in accordance with the terms
thereof .
